Shipping Return and Warranty Information..

SHIPPING - all items are shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. We ship using UPS and the US Postal service. We ship to the United States, US Military, Canada and Internationally all international shipping costs must be prearranged.

Domestic Ordering:

We'll ship your order upon processing. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Truck freight or special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.

  • Standard Delivery - All orders are shipped via ground service except where otherwise noted. Orders can not be shipped to a PO Box (unless shipped by USPS mail). Email us for shipping information on all items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses and truck freight items. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.
  • Express Delivery - We guarantee all express orders placed before 12:00pm EST (for in-stock items) will be shipped the same day provided that item is in stock! Express shipping is available at an additional cost. At this time express shipping is not available online. Please call 1-801-449-1764 for express shipping costs.
  • Truck Delivery - Larger items will be shipped via truck freight. Truck freight charges must be quoted by our Sales Associates. If ordering a truck freight item online, a Sales Associate will email you within the next business day your shipping quote. Truck freight is tailgate only; customer must have someone available to assist with unloading.

International Ordering:

We will ship your package to you anywhere in the world! All international orders require payment in advance. Due to various rate differences and depending on which items are ordered, freight fees will vary. You may contact our International Sales Department by e-mail regarding your order. All international orders must have a phone number. All duty and value added taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All special orders and all international sales are final.

For orders going to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories, we'll ship via United States Priority Mail. Please allow extra time for delivery. Deliveries to APO/FPO or noncontiguous U.S. state addresses may take up to 30 calendar days with USPS.

Below is the list the shipping services we offer to our international customers:

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:
  • USPS Mail: All location are estimated at 3-5 business days. This can vary due to uncontrollable circumstances.
  • UPS Air: Next day: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business. Can be delayed by customs. Second day: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Can be delayed by customs.
Overseas:
  • UPS Expedited and Express Air Service: The estimated delivery time for Expedited is 5-8 business days and the Express service is 3-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on customs.
  • Parcel Post Air: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks. There are some size restrictions depending on the item ordered. Please e-mail our International Sales Department for details.

Backorders:

In the rare case an item is on backorder, you will receive an e-mail letting you know an estimated arrival time. You may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item. Please note the backorder dates are estimated information. These dates can and sometimes change multiple times before shipment is received. Backorders, if any, will not be billed until they become available and are shipped. There is no additional shipping charge on backorder shipments.

Damaged Shipments:

Upon receipt of an obviously damaged package, you have the option of refusing delivery and the order will be returned to us. Or, you may receive the order and make note of the visible damage, in writing, to the carrier. If, upon inspection of the parts, you find them damaged due to the carriers handling, you then have 48 hours to file a formal claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO US. Keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of merchandise. Please email our customer service department as to what has occurred so that we may assist you and answer any questions you may have on your claim.

Refused Shipments

Any customer who refuses delivery of an order (damaged shipment excluded) will be required to pay the additional return freight charges. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

RETURNS - When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. All returns must be pre approved. Please email info@motomomentum.com or call 801-449-1764 for a RGA # (return authorization number). All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase invoice date.

Special order items, modified and/or installed items cannot be returned.

WARRANTY - all polyurethane products carry a no questions lifetime warranty. We must have the damaged item returned for testing purposes this allows us to make a better product. All other items carry a one (1) year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty returns must be pre approved and we do not pay for any shipping charges. For more information please email us.

All claims are started by calling our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
